cha|cha, which stands for Children's Hospital Auxillary | Children’s Hospital Auction, is the signature biennial fundraising event of the Women’s Board of Dayton Children’s Hospital.

The first cha|cha took place on May 27, 1967, raising $35,000.

Since its inception, cha|cha has raised over $8 million for Dayton Children’s Hospital.

Funds have supported critical needs including the Patient Care Tower, specialized ICU Giraffe beds, Nurse Call alert systems, and behavioral and mental health services.

The event brings together over 500 attendees, including corporate partners, community leaders, donors, medical professionals, and volunteers.

cha|cha is Dayton’s #1 fundraiser and still features an elaborate auction that serves as the heart of the celebration.
